SFU's Philosophers' Café is a series of informal public discussions in the heart of our communities. Since 1998, this award-winning program has engaged the interest of scholars, seniors, students, philosophers, and non-philosophers through stimulating dialogue and the passionate exchange of ideas.

This program is in Farsi and English and is for parents and children aged birth to 5 years old. Learn how to use songs, rhymes and stories to help your child develop language and pre-reading skills.

Space is limited to 12 families only. Priority is given to those families who have not attended this program this year. Others will be put on a wait list.

Registration must be done IN PERSON at the Bob Pritte Metrotown Library.

Join us for a two day workshop on December 6 & December 13, 2019 to prepare for Canadian citizenship. The sessions will be facilitated by MOSAIC staff. We will talk about topics such as Canada’s history, symbols, government and geography, as well as the rights and responsibilities of citizenship. This workshop will be held in English, with Chinese language support available.

parenting tips, self-care, sleep, parenting roles and more.
