How do I find books in other languages?
BPL has a small collection of materials in languages other than English. See below for the languages covered at each branch. These books are not listed in our library catalogue. Call or visit a branch for more information.

Bulgarian
A small collection of materials (fewer than 50 titles) is available at Tommy Douglas.
Chinese
Adult and children's materials are available at all four branches. Bob Prittie Metrotown has a general paperback collection, as well as a catalogued collection of Chinese books. Ask for the catalogue at the information desk.
French
Materials for adults are available at McGill and at Tommy Douglas. Materials for children are available at all four branches.
German
