A free public workshop presented by Mr. Francis Chen, from the Chinese Consumer Association.  The topics to be covered will include consumers' rights and responsibilities, common problems and their solutions, identifying the most common scams, dealing with Internet fraud, and which goods and services are exempt from the HST.
