Cameron Branch Book Club is back! Join us for a librarian-led discussion on Do Not Say We Have Nothing by celebrated local author Madeleine Thien.

"Winner of the 2016 Scotiabank Giller Prize and the Governor General's Literary Award for Fiction, shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize, and longlisted for the 2017 Andrew Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Fiction, this extraordinary novel tells the story of three musicians in China before, during and after the Tiananmen Square protests of 1989." - Publisher

Read the novel and come to the library to discuss it with other book lovers. Registration opens August 14th. After registering, you will need to place a hold on the book. Ask for help at any BPL information desk if you require assistance.

This program is free, but seating is limited. Register online or call 604-421-5454 for more information. The Book Club will take place in the Willow Room in the Cameron Recreation Centre, but participants can meet in the lobby just outside the Cameron Branch.
